Brava Certified LLC – Terms & Conditions
1. Services Provided
Brava Certified LLC (“Brava”) provides professional workplace culture certification and related services, including employee surveys, culture reports, leadership feedback, and branding tools. These services include:
- Brava Certification Assessment & Badge
- Custom employee surveys and analysis
- Employer recognition materials
- Leadership consultation and reports
- Marketing support for certified organizations
2. Eligibility
Clients must be 18+ or a verified business representative. Accurate and complete information is required to access services.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to complete surveys, provide accurate info, and cooperate with Brava staff. Misuse of certification or assets may result in revocation.
4. Intellectual Property
All tools, reports, badges, and resources remain property of Brava. Clients are granted limited rights to use them only while certified and in good standing. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
5. Confidentiality
All internal data and feedback collected from your team is kept strictly confidential unless written permission is provided by the client.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upfront unless a separate written agreement is in place. Services will not begin until payment is confirmed.
7. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once the Brava Certification process has begun — including surveys, consultations, or delivery of any services — refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
8. Termination
Brava may revoke services or certification if terms are breached, payment is not received, or unethical behavior is discovered. Clients may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for services rendered.
9. Limitation of Liability
Brava is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. We do not guarantee specific business results. Certification reflects participation and alignment with Brava values, not business performance.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Brava Certified LLC is incorporated.
